Crying of the Marches
The Crying took place on Friday and the weather was kind as a
number of followers marched behind the flutes and drum as it made its
way up the high street where many stops were made so town crier
David Duncan could read the proclamation calling the towns inhabitants
to attend The Riding of the Towns Marches on Tuesday.
As is now tradition they made their way to Linlithgow Bridge Primary school
where they were entertained by the School Band and had some
welcome refreshments.
